Privacy Policy

We collect account information such as your name, author or pen name, email address, password through Supabase Auth, primary genre, invite-code status, and account settings.

We store the information you add to AuthorReach, including books, relationship records, creator profile URLs, handles, notes, research snapshots, outreach drafts, timeline activity, follow-up dates, campaign details, feedback, and usage events.

The Chrome extension saves only the current supported creator profile when you click to save it. It is not intended for mass scraping, bulk collection, or automated outreach.

We use your information to provide the AuthorReach product, keep each user workspace separate, generate one-at-a-time outreach drafts, show reminders, improve the beta experience, troubleshoot issues, and respond to feedback.

Product usage events help us understand where beta users get stuck and which workflows are useful. These events are used to improve AuthorReach, not to send automated outreach.

We do not sell your personal information. We use Supabase and Vercel to operate the application. During beta, creator intelligence sharing remains dormant unless a future opt-in feature is clearly introduced.

AuthorReach uses Supabase authentication and row-level security so each user works in their own workspace. Your books, relationships, campaigns, notes, timeline activity, feedback, and usage data are not intended to be visible to other users.

You can request deletion of your AuthorReach account and workspace data at any time by emailing nwfloutdoors@gmail.com. During beta, deletion requests are handled manually so we can confirm the correct account before removing data.
