AuthorReach

Terms of Service

Effective September 1, 2026

These terms apply to the AuthorReach private beta. AuthorReach helps independent authors organize creator relationships, outreach drafts, reminders, and campaign notes. It is not a bulk messaging platform.

Private beta access

AuthorReach is currently invite-only. You are responsible for keeping your login and extension token secure. Invite codes may be limited, revoked, or changed as the beta develops.

Acceptable use

Use AuthorReach for thoughtful, one-at-a-time creator outreach. Do not use the product for spam, deceptive messaging, mass scraping, automated bulk sending, harassment, or activity that violates a third-party platform's rules.

Your content

You remain responsible for the books, creator notes, campaign details, outreach drafts, and other content you add. Only add information you have the right to store and use.

No guaranteed results

AuthorReach can help you stay organized and more thoughtful, but it does not guarantee creator responses, reviews, social posts, book sales, campaign performance, or platform availability.

Third-party services

AuthorReach may interact with services such as Supabase, Vercel, Chrome, TikTok, Instagram, Goodreads, Amazon, email providers, and other platforms. Those services have their own terms, policies, and technical limits.

Beta changes

Features may change during beta as we learn from real author workflows. We may add, remove, or adjust features to keep AuthorReach useful, secure, and focused.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and workspace data by emailing nwfloutdoors@gmail.com. During beta, deletion is handled manually to protect against accidental account removal.
